Music Video: Matsui Rena as Gekikara <3

Are you angry?

Title: 松井玲奈 ゲキカラ / Matsui Rena Gekikara Compilation MV

Gekikara is probably the best character of Majisuka Gakuen…at the very least, she’s my favorite. She has been more relevant than Maeda in Season II.

Majisuka Gakuen Season 2 OP

Majisuka Gakuen starring the great and mighty music group, AKB48, is finally back for a 2nd season. I’m not sure whether or not I’m supposed to be glad or sad that the Ogress character is gone. I’ll miss that annoying “Atsu-nee” line from her. The story follows up with the gang of Maeda becoming Rappapa with one twist. Maeda isn’t the prez!!! She’s the vice prez and who else to take that place? Yokoyama Yui!! The biggest disappointment I find in this series is that Maeda went to get contacts. The whole part of her badass transformation is that she starts boiling up and take off her glasses (lol). But, I’m still glad to see AKB48 and Majisuka Gakuen!!

The op is awesome

What to do when you’re bored? Watch Majisuka Gakuen

If you’re ever bored of anime right now, you can always watch a J-drama. HAHA…My suggestion is Majisuka Gakuen.

Two transfer students, Atsuko Maeda and Onizuka Daruma came at the all-girls school Majisuka Gakuen. In this school violence and fighting are common among the Yankee students. Noisy and trouble maker Daruma made a fuss as soon as she entered the school, win in her first fight but then was beaten easily by another gang shortly after. In contrary to Daruma’s bold-but-powerless attitude, Maeda who is truthfully a strong girl despite of her silent nature found Daruma is beaten by Team Hormon before her. The word “Majisuka?” (means are you serious?) instantly awaken her true nature and made her won the battle against Daruma’s attackers easily, thus made a big fuss at the school and the news even reached the strongest fighting group, Rappapa. Afterwards, Daruma acknowledged Maeda as her boss and as a result the friendship between the two girls began to grow along with their fights with fellow students at their school.

If you like AKB48 and if you like female vs female bloody violence, you’ll come to love this J-drama. Seriously, I just loved the acting of Matsui Rena as the psycho girl, Gekikara, and of Watanabe Mayu as Nezumi. You might find Atsuko Meada’s character a little bit dull and even annoying at times, but she still provides some badass moments.
